As companies grow and expand they get more complex and ramified. Many leaders are then unexpectedly in charge of managing this growth. All too often, the challenge to steer this change in the right direction is either underestimated or simply recognized too late.  

When growing into a larger company not only structures and processes change; also the employees have to be part of the transformation and a new culture has to be anchored.

  • from "headquarters with branches" to an international group
