Innovation seminar

Innovation workshops held for 52 middle managers from Continental Automotive Romania.
The approach of the seminar was that innovation can be seen as a resource, as a process and as a change. During three days the participants were taken into a journey were creativity and innovation were the key elements of their work: generating ideas, prioritizing them, creating concepts and organizing innovation production process. Second, using tools as imaginary brainstorming, brainwriting, they created an idea roadmap with defined concepts to improve their work. Using the 40 principles of innovation, which are based on TRIZ theory, the participants identified solutions for the challenges they received. As concerns the innovation as a change process, in the final day of the workshop the team was able to define their cultural diagnosis and based on this and using OPERA tool the participants have proposed and prioritized ideas how to change the company to become more innovative!
